Thèmes de recherche

Ecologie évolutive :

  • introduire des outils et des concepts d’écologie dans les recherches en biologie évolutive, en particulier pour l’étude de la génétique de l’adaptation ; estimation de l’héritabilité et de la plasticité phénotypique de traits utilisés en écologie fonctionnelle.
  • développer des recherches en écologie en y intégrant une vision évolutive : rôle du gradient de stress sur la structure génétique des populations (effet de la facilitation et de la compétition sur l’apparentement entre proche voisins ; sélection de parentèle chez les plantes, …),
  • application à la Biologie de la conservation.
